Hello,
From the moment we mentioned Time4Learning's Interactive High School Curriculum, the response has been tremendous.

Here are the latest answers to the most frequently asked questions:
- How much does the high school cost? Monthly high school membership will be $30/month per student and includes 4 high school courses. Additional courses may be purchased for an additional $5 per month, per course. While having one student in the high school enables you to get a discount to $14.95 for a student in the lower grades, there is no discounted rate for a second student in the high school.
- When will the high school courses be available? We expect to offer our high school courses by mid August.
- How is the high school curriculum similar to the prek-8th grade curriculum?
- The curriculum is standards-based and can be used as a primary curriculum, a supplement, or as part of an eclectic approach.
- The courses are student paced. The lessons are highly visual and interactive and are reinforced using games, interactive exercises, printables, and quizzes.
- There is automated record-keeping that tracks student progress and keeps printable reports perfect for portfolio use.
- There are never contracts. Membership can be started, paused, and stopped without penalties.
- Parents are the "teacher of record" and are responsible for reviewing and grading your student's offline lessons and writing projects. Teaching guides will soon be available in the parent administration area.
- How is the high school curriculum different than prek-8th grade?
- The biggest difference is the presentation of the lessons. While the younger grades rely almost entirely on animation, the high school materials mix animation with videos, reinforced by an increased number of writing exercises.
- The second most notable difference is the increased emphasis on higher order thinking skills. Rather than being given the answer to incorrect responses, students will be asked to find correct answers for themselves.
- The high school is organized differently than the lower level grades. The prek-8th grade curriculum consists of subjects organized into grade levels, whereas the high school curriculum consists of independent courses.
- High school courses include:
- English: English I, II, III, and IV
- Math: Algebra I, Geometry, Algebra II, Trigonometry, and Pre-Calculus
- Science: Biology, Earth/Space & Physical Science, Chemistry, and Physics
- Social Studies: US History I & II, World History, US Gov/Civics, and Geography
- Electives: Health, Economics/Personal Finance
